Package:

Carpet comes with a vacuum PACKING, it is normal to see that the fibers on the carpet are not fluffy enough, and there will be some creases. Please use a brush to comb ,pickup it up and shake a few times with your hand to make the plush fluffy.

Dimensional error:

Please allow 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, please make sure you don't mind before placing an order.

Color difference:

Plush is made by chemical dyeing, and the direction of the plush varies with different light/scenes, resulting in color differences when refracted by light.

SHIPMENT:

1. Please be sure your shipping address is correct. Please leave us your available phone number and post code. It is required by China Post Office. Otherwise, the parcel will be rejected!
