3.Sync2 uses a decoder to small board connection, Sync3 and Sync4 use LVDS connection. The product includes a decoder to small board or LVDS connection cable.

Q.Regarding rearview camera cable length？

A.The standard cable length is 6.5 meters.
Standard installation method: Run the cable under the seat.
Please contact us to purchase a camera extension cable in the following two situations:

★ Vehicles with a body length exceeding 4.7 meters.
★ Vehicles with added wooden flooring, where running the cable under the seat is not possible; it must be run through the roof.

A. Yes, it is

Q. Can different head units (Ford Lincoln Sync2, Sync3, Sync4) be mixed and matched?
A. No, it is not supported. A panoramic head unit box and wiring must be matched according to the head unit.
If you are unable to confirm the configuration, please send us photos of the central gearbox and center console screen for confirmation.

Q. How to distinguish the configuration?
A. Check the version information of the original car's central control screen: Sync2/Sync3/Sync4 (Note: Sync4 is a 12/12.8/15” portrait screen).

Q. Does it support displaying reverse trajectories?
A. Yes, the vehicle-specific product supports it and has already obtained the original vehicle information through the protocol.

Q.Does it support touch operation?
A.① Sync3/Sync4 main units support touch operation; the product inputs a signal via LVDS.
②Sync2 main units support touch operationl (depending on whether the original car's central control screen has a reserved touch interface for this product; if so, it supports it/otherwise, it does not support it); it receives input signals through a decoder and adapter board.

Q. How to switch the panoramic screen?
A. Front and rear/left and right view display, switch by shifting gears and turning lights.

Q. How to activate the panoramic image?
① The panoramic image is displayed when the car starts [the default is to automatically turn off after 10-15 seconds, and the duration can be set]
② The rear image is automatically triggered when the R gear is engaged
③ After the R gear is engaged, the front image is automatically jumped when the D gear/N gear is switched
④ The left/right turn signal triggers the left and right images
⑤ The double flash triggers the width limit mode or the panoramic image [any display mode can be set]

Q. Does the video support sound?
A. Only images are supported, not sound.

Q. If no USB storage device is inserted, is recording supported?
A. NO

Q. How much recording time does the USB flash drive memory support?
A. 8G/hour, which will vary depending on the environment and light.

Q. Can I use a USB flash drive larger than 64G?
A. No, the screen may freeze or freeze.

Q. Regarding the setting of the parking monitoring duration?
① You can set it by yourself from 1, 2, 4, 6, 24...48 hours; the specific working time depends on the original vehicle battery;
