- Foot length can not be replaced with insole length or outsole length, or customers should be responsilble for the shoe unfitness. 
- Espacially for the new buyers, it is very important for the buyers to measure correct foot length, to ensure to select suitable sizes.

 2. How can I measure foot length correctly?   
- Please measure bare foot vertically 3 times in standing gesture, so to obtain the more accurate foot length. 
- Please measure foot in the afternoon, the foot swells and gets long in the afternoon. 
- Please measure the longer foot, because both feet may not be the same length.  

 3. When does the seller ship out the shoes? How fast are the couriers? 


- We usually ship out normal size shoes in 1-2 working days, but smallest or biggest sizes in 1-3 working days, because of extra time of shoes customization.
- The payment may include customs duties. If included, the delivery might be slow at local customs, buyer should assist in customs clearance.
