To ensure a perfect fit, please verify your car’s interior rearview mirror and the surrounding installation area before placing your order. While the car model name and year are helpful references, please note that the same brand may have slightly different mirror designs depending on the manufacturing region or country.
If you are unsure about which model fits your vehicle, simply send us clear photos of your rearview mirror (front view), as well as the left, right, and rear interior angles of your car. Our team will review the images and get back to you with the correct recommendation promptly. (We’re here to help!)
2. Color Selection & Visual Differences
Our devices are available in three shell colors: Grey, Beige, and Black.
Due to lighting, screen calibration, and batch variations, there may be slight color differences between the product images and the actual item. Please always refer to the physical color of the received product as the final standard.
3. Important Note on Button Configuration
Please be aware that the Beige shell model comes with only 2 physical buttons, whereas the Grey and Black shell models feature 3 physical buttons. Kindly take this into consideration when making your choice.

2. USB Port Power Supply
Features: Ideal for vehicles that come with a factory-built-in USB socket.
Important Note: Due to the limited voltage output of standard USB ports, this method is only compatible with the front 4K dashcam model. It does not support front + rear dual-camera configurations, as the power draw exceeds USB capacity.
Compatibility: Supports select vehicle models.
3. ACC Fuse Box Connection
Features: Draws power directly from the vehicle’s accessory circuit, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
Compatibility: Supports all vehicle models.
4. OBD Interface Power Cord
Features: Plugs directly into the OBD diagnostic port for a clean and quick power connection.
Compatibility: Supports all vehicle models.

By default, your order will be shipped with the ACC fuse box power cord and Plug-and-Play Dedicated Harness. If you require the OBD power cord instead, please contact our customer service team in advance or leave a clear remark in your order notes.
